    Attracting more than 140,000 young people exploring future career and study pathways, attending a UCAS event is the first step for many as they start thinking about what to do next.

    Showcase your employer brand

    More than 85% of student attendees rated our 2024 UCAS Discovery events as 'Good' or 'Great' in post-event surveys, reflecting the key role they play in many young people's decision making journey, and the opportunity they provide employers to meet young people face-to-face when they’re open to new ideas.

    We welcome students from diverse backgrounds, with 27.4% of attendees from schools located in POLAR 1 or 2 areas, offering a unique opportunity to connect with a wide range of prospective talent.
