Student support

Student support services at the University of East Anglia include an extensive range of services which are in place to assist students in settling in comfortably to their studies, as well as achieving their full potential.

UEA is dedicated to providing a full programme of support and has committed a large number of resources and services to ensuring fast and effective help to all students who need it. The Students’ Union also performs many other roles within the community, including being a point-of-contact which any student can reach out to for help, guidance, or even referral to more specialised services.

Professional advice is available for students with emotional, mental health or disabilities. While at UEA, students can also access other advice services for money worries, accommodation trouble and academic issues, among other things.
