Noeleen is the Deputy Head of Careers (Work Related Learning) at Lancaster University Management School and the co-chair of the AGCAS International Task Group.

She's a leading voice in international employability and global employer engagement, with over 15 years of experience at top UK institutions. 

At Lancaster University Management School she drives innovative, globally focused careers initiatives, empowering students for success in a rapidly evolving job market. As Co-Chair of the AGCAS International Task Group she plays a key role in shaping policy for international students and advocating for the value of global talent in the UK economy.

Robert Young

Robert Young

Robert works for the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) as an Advice and Training Officer. 

The Advice and Training team specialise in student-related immigration law, fee status and student support legislation, as well as other areas affecting international students such as welfare, hardship, and studying and living in the UK. 

They provide Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) compliant advice to members and international students and deliver informative, engaging training to UKCISA members. Their analysis of UK legislation enables UKCISA to identify issues in law and government materials for lobbying or clarification.
