Ruth is Head of Careers at the University of Dundee. They have led institution-wide initiatives that integrate employability from first-year engagement through to graduate outcomes, ensuring alignment with curriculum design, professional standards, and graduate attributes. With a passion for inclusion they have build institutional partnerships that ensure employability is a meaningful and visible part of the student experience – not a bolt on, but a thread running throughout.
