Copy forms

We have experienced a technical fault with our folding machine which means that we are unable to fold copy forms. We have consulted with a few providers and the view is that speed of receipt is more important than whether these forms are folded. Therefore, we will be sending out unfolded copy forms until the production and posting of these ends on 31 October as previously advised.
